  • Conducting redundancies and negotiating end service/severance packages with employees.
  • Conducting legal due diligence reports on employment and social insurance matters.
  • Reviewing outsourcing and services provision agreements, and advising leading companies on other corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance matters.
